Inside Sales Representative (Construction Supply) Dallas, TX Pay: $20–$22/hour + Monthly Bonus Potential About the Role We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Dallas. In this role, you will support customers and outside sales representatives by managing orders, providing product expertise, and ensuring a smooth sales process from quote to delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with construction supply, industrial sales, or B2B customer service experience who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Provide customers with product specifications and answer technical questions Prepare accurate quotes for both credit and cash customers Input and manage rebar fabrication orders Support outside sales representatives with account management and order fulfillment Obtain and confirm pricing, including freight costs Verify product availability and order status Process sales transactions and maintain customer accounts Set up and manage cash customer accounts Coordinate with inventory and purchasing teams on stock items Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready showroom Handle credits, returns, and special orders as needed Set up jobs and ensure accurate pricing Follow up on open orders to ensure timely completion Perform cycle counts and inventory support tasks Learn and utilize internal systems and software effectively Provide additional support as directed by leadership Qualifications 2+ years of customer service experience required 1–3 years of inside sales or B2B sales experience preferred High School Diploma or GED required Strong organizational and time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) Excellent communication skills (phone and in-person) Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment Experience with construction materials, rebar, or industrial products is a plus Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred What We Offer Competitive hourly pay: $20–$22/hour Monthly bonus potential based on performance Growth opportunities within sales and operations Stable, team-oriented work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Barnsco, Inc
