Inside Sales Representative
Trillium Drivers is now seeking a Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative in Dallas, TX!
Pay rate is $20/hour. Schedule is MondayFriday, 7:30 AM 4:00/4:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders (phone, walk-in, and electronic)
- Accurately enter and verify orders, including credit approvals
- Coordinate order fulfillment, including pulling, packaging, and delivery prep
- Route daily delivery trucks based on customer needs and timelines
- Handle counter sales, returns, credits, and cash transactions
- Generate delivery manifests and maintain route sheets
- Monitor backorders, trouble queues, and order status daily
- Maintain inventory records and communicate restocking needs
- Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and vendors on order status
- Support sales team with daily order deadlines
- Ensure proper handling of COD and credit-approved orders
- Provide professional and timely customer communication
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 5+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, order entry, or inventory control
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Industry experience in alterations or dry cleaning is a plus
