How Compensation Works (Read This Carefully) This role starts performance-based , then transitions into a stable + high-upside position : If we believe that you are top talent. Phase 1: Training + First Deal Commission-only during onboarding and ramp-up You’ll receive training, scripts, and support Most reps who follow the process close their first deal during this phase Phase 2: After First Deal Closes Transition to $50,000 base salary Plus commission on every deal Commissions paid weekly On-Target Earnings: Strong performers: $120K–$180K/year Top performers: $200K–$250K+ We’re upfront about this: income is tied to performance. If you can close, this role scales with you. What You’ll Be Selling Cinematic ad packages (starting ~$2,000+) AI-powered video production for businesses Custom storytelling campaigns that stand out in crowded markets This is a premium, differentiated product —not a commodity service.
