Inside Sales Representative

C&C Wholesale Distributors is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our Dallas, TX team. Experience in the flooring industry with some degree of product/installation knowledge is strongly preferred.
C&C Wholesale Distributors is a family-owned and operated flooring distribution company with a proven track record of success in the floor covering industry since 1975. We want to find driven individuals to continue our unprecedented long-term success.

Responsibilies may include, but are not limited to:
- Providing customer service to walk-in customers
- Taking orders over the phone and answering product questions
- Staying up to date with product knowledge
- Monitoring fax and email orders coming in from customers
- Communicating with outside salespeople on arranging customer orders and deliveries
- Helping pull materials in the warehouse and communicating with warehouse personnel daily
- Managing product shipments
- Assisting in the daily sales close out and managing cash box
- Checking stock with different manufacturers
- Ensuring backorder fills are matched with original orders
- Customers notified when backorders are filled
- Printed tickets sorted into folders based on delivery or pick-up method
- Stocking showroom per assigned stocking schedule
- Relocating products using RF scanners as necessary
- Handling tool repairs
- Transferring product from main warehouse in Dallas and other branches to complete orders
- Doing special manufacturer orders and keeping up with required paperwork
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of showroom, including coffee area
- Assisting branch manager wherever else needed
Ideal Qualities:
- Familiar with the floor covering industry and products
- Experience in Inside Sales and strong lead generation skills
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Ability to maintain composure and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fast-learner and desire to learn quickly and find solutions for customers and sales team
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Bi-lingual (Spanish and English)
