About the team: The team leads Walmart Search’s data science and measurement strategy, collaborating with senior leaders to drive business growth. They develop the analytical roadmap for ranking, relevance, and monetization while building an advanced self‑serve analytics platform to accelerate insights. The team designs and executes large‑scale experimentation programs, including A/B testing across search ranking, user interface, and monetization features. By applying advanced analytics and machine learning, they focus on innovation and impact to enhance customer experience and business outcomes.
