School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist

School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist for a 39-week assignment in Gahanna, Ohio. Provide speech therapy services to students per IEPs and state regulations. Earn competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs and state regulations.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective intervention plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and compliance records.
• Execute assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders and recommend appropriate interventions.
• Adapt therapy techniques to meet the individual needs of students, ensuring engagement and progress.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
• State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist, ASHA CCC-SLP, and CPR certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of school-based speech therapy experience with pediatric populations.
• Familiarity with the IEP process.
• Strong communication, organizational, and independent work skills with flexibility and positive attitude.
