# Remote AP/AR Accounting Specialist

## Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized AP/AR Specialist to support our Operations Department. This role is responsible for managing accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with property-related accounting activities. The ideal candidate has strong accounting experience, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

## Key Responsibilities

* Process and enter vendor invoices, bills, and property-related expenses accurately.
* Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
* Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation.
* Manage utility account activations, transfers, and disconnects for properties.
* Write clear and concise notes regarding property issues and vendor resolutions.
* Support daily accounting operations and assist with financial reporting as needed.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.

## Qualifications

* Previous experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable is required.
* Bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred.
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Experience with property management or accounting software is a plus.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.

## Compensation & Benefits

* Pay: $11.00 per hour
* Remote position
* Monday through Friday, U.S. business hours
