2. Strong experience in IT Project Management and endtoend project delivery.
3. Experience with Salesforce Field Service or similar field service management solutions.

1. Experience with largescale enterprise transformation or integration programs.
2. Handson project management experience with Salesforce implementations, enhancements, or
integration projects

Detailed Job Description:
Strong experience in IT Project Management and endtoend project delivery.Experience with
Salesforce Field Service or similar field service management solutions.Experience with largescale
enterprise transformation or integration programs.Handson project management experience with
Salesforce implementations, enhancements, or integration projects.Experience supporting Field
Operations, Field Service, or workforcerelated business processes.Good understanding of Salesforce
capabilities and how the platform integrates with enterprise systems.Experience working in
AgileScrum environments.Strong stakeholder management and ability to work across business and
technical teams.Strong experience with risk, issue, dependency, scope, and delivery management.Excellent communication, leadership, and problemsolving skills.

Minimum years of experience*:
8-10 years

Certifications Needed: No

Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:
1. Experience supporting Field Operations, Field Service, or workforcerelated business processes
2. Good understanding of Salesforce capabilities and how the platform integrates with enterprise
systems.
3. Strong stakeholder management and ability to work across business and technical teams.
