Job Overview You will be the key link and go‑to contact for internal and external customers, distributors, and cross‑functional teams. The role involves daily customer interaction—issuing quotations, entering orders, communicating delivery schedules, resolving issues and coordinating across departments to keep operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Provide high‑quality service to international customers and distributors outside the U.S., Latin America, Canada, Europe and Asia. Process customer orders, deliver/export support, case management and customer requests. Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to resolve issues and ensure smooth order and delivery flow. Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining strong customer focus. Communicate clearly via email, systems and occasional phone interaction as part of day‑to‑day case and order support. Requirements High School Diploma or GED. 4+ years of relevant professional office experience. 2+ years in a customer service environment, managing customer requests, order activities and delivery coordination. 2+ years of demonstrated written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders. 1+ years of experience analyzing customer requirements to support issue resolution and service delivery. Communication & Collaboration: Build trust with customers and internal teams. Process & Systems Management: Manage orders and workflows using ERP Systems; proficient in Microsoft Office. Mechanical Aptitude: Apply hands‑on understanding to support customer and product needs. Ownership & Accountability: Stay organized, self‑motivated and proactive in driving tasks to completion. Adaptability: Handle multiple priorities and shifting customer needs in a fast‑paced environment. Preferences Associates or Bachelor’s Degree. Experience with SAP, Salesforce or another ERP/CRM system. Mechanical aptitude and comfort learning about mechanical products. Travel and Work Arrangements Position based onsite in Quincy, IL or Charlotte, NC. Work Authorization: US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
