Senior Marketing Coordinator – GoHighLevel, Social Media & Executive Support | Remote, PST Hours

Position Type: Full-Time, Remote Working Hours: U.S. Business Hours (PST Required)

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Senior Marketing Coordinator to support executive operations, marketing execution, social media, content coordination, CRM management, and program administration.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces in an entrepreneurial environment.

This is not a strategic marketing leadership position. Your focus will be on consistent execution, organized implementation, and reliable follow-through —ensuring marketing, content, communication, and administrative workflows are completed accurately and on time.

You'll work closely with leadership and serve as a key operational resource across marketing and day-to-day business activities.

Executive & Operational Support

• Support day-to-day administrative and executive coordination
• Manage calendars, scheduling, meetings, and communication workflows
• Maintain project trackers and ensure tasks and follow-ups stay on schedule
• Organize priorities and keep leadership informed of outstanding items
• Proactively identify workflow gaps and flag inefficiencies
• Ensure important tasks do not fall through the cracks

Marketing & Social Media Execution

• Create, design, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and community groups
• Manage comments, direct messages, engagement, and community interactions
• Maintain structured social media and content calendars
• Track engagement and maintain organized performance reporting
• Assist with setting up and monitoring advertising campaigns for programs and events
• Ensure content is published consistently and accurately across channels

Content Creation & Program Materials

• Create graphics and marketing assets using Canva
• Edit and produce short-form video content using Veed, OpusClip, or similar tools
• Format and organize scripts, guides, workbooks, cheat sheets, and program materials
• Repurpose existing content across different channels and formats
• Maintain consistent branding, formatting, and presentation
• Keep digital content libraries organized and accessible

Email Marketing & GoHighLevel CRM

• Build and manage email workflows using GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Execute email campaigns, outreach, and follow-up sequences
• Maintain accurate prospect and participant records
• Keep CRM pipelines clean and up to date
• Monitor follow-ups and ensure leads do not fall through the cracks
• Support marketing automation and campaign execution

Program & Membership Administration

• Organize and maintain digital program materials
• Coordinate updates to resources and participant-facing content
• Track member or participant progress
• Support participant communication and follow-ups
• Troubleshoot minor issues within online program platforms
• Maintain organized records across programs and memberships

Research, Lead Generation & Digital Support

• Conduct market and prospect research
• Help develop Ideal Client Profiles (ICPs) and targeted prospect lists
• Support lead generation and outreach initiatives
• Assist with minor website updates and account setups
• Compile research, reports, and findings for leadership
• Maintain accurate and organized lead information

Communication & Administrative Coordination

• Draft and maintain clear, professional written communications
• Support inbox organization and prioritize time-sensitive matters
• Coordinate follow-ups with prospects, participants, and stakeholders
• Maintain organized documentation and shared files
• Ensure information is easy for leadership and team members to locate

Requirements

Must-Have

• Proven experience in marketing coordination, executive assistance, digital operations, or a related role
• Strong experience managing multiple operational and marketing responsibilities simultaneously
• High proficiency with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, Drive, and Calendar
• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) or a similar CRM/marketing automation platform
• Proficiency with Canva
• Experience with video editing tools such as Veed, OpusClip, or similar platforms
• Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
• Strong written English communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• High attention to detail and strong execution discipline
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Availability to work consistently during PST business hours
