• End Date/Duration: Permanent
• Shift: Combination of 12-hour, 24-hour shifts, and on-call (including in-house and remote)
• Hours/Week: Approximately 12 shifts per month (~18 days off)
• Employment Type: Full-time
• License/Certs: Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Oklahoma, Neonatal or Pediatric certification preferred
• Experience: New fellows encouraged to apply; prior NICU experience preferred

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (please note this pay rate is for documentation purposes; actual salary is competitive and discussed during the interview)

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with Neonatologists to deliver neonatal care across four NICUs in Oklahoma City
• Provide comprehensive neonatal and newborn assessments and treatments
• Support families with counseling and education on neonatal care
• Contribute to patient care planning in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with hospital policies
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

What You Need

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Oklahoma
• Neonatal, Pediatric, or Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification preferred
• Prior experience in a Level II NICU or neonatal environment preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including extra coverage if needed
