MDM Technical Delivery Lead

Title: MDM Technical Delivery Lead

Location: Remote

This role owns the successful execution of strategic initiatives across enterprise identity, person, provider, location, and reference data domains while ensuring alignment with business priorities, architecture standards, data governance, and product roadmaps. The leader will partner closely with Product Management, Data Architecture, Platform Architecture, Data Governance, and Engineering teams to deliver trusted, scalable, and interoperable master data capabilities that serve as foundational assets for analytics, operations, digital experiences, and AI.

Key Responsibilities:

MDM Product Delivery Leadership

• Lead end-to-end delivery of all Master Data Product initiatives.
• Translate product roadmaps into executable delivery plans.
• Establish delivery governance, milestones, release planning, and execution tracking.
• Drive delivery predictability, transparency, and accountability across all Master Data initiatives.
• Partner with Product Managers to ensure delivery priorities align to business outcomes.

MDM Delivery: Enterprise Master Patient Index (EMPI)

• Support enhancements on NextGate.
• Lead planning and execution activities associated with the future Verato migration.

MDM Delivery: Person Master

• Deliver enhancements supporting enterprise identity, householding, relationships, consent, and future roadmap capabilities.
• Expand platform capabilities to support enterprise-wide use cases.

MDM Delivery: Provider Master

• Drive enhancements to Provider Master on Reltio.
• Support onboarding of Independent Providers and additional provider domains.
• Improve provider data quality, stewardship, and operational workflows.

MDM Delivery: Location Master & Insurance Plan Master (Upcoming)

• Lead design and delivery of Location Master & Insurance Plan Master capabilities.
• Establish foundational location hierarchy, reference data, and integration patterns.
• Coordinate integration and stewardship processes supporting payer and plan information.

Engineering Leadership

• Lead engineering teams responsible for Master Data Products.
• Drive modern engineering practices, automation, quality controls, and operational excellence.
• Ensure scalable, resilient, and secure platform implementations.
• Establish reusable patterns and accelerators across master data domains.

Stakeholder Partnership

• Partner with business stakeholders, governance teams, architecture leaders, and operational teams.
• Facilitate prioritization discussions and roadmap planning.
• Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to executive leadership.

Preferred Experience

• 10+ years leading enterprise data and MDM initiatives.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Experience with one of the MDM tools listed here: Verato, Reltio, NextGate
• Experience implementing MDM solutions & leading delivery of, EMPI, Provider Data Management, and Identity Management.
• Strong delivery leadership experience managing complex, multi-year transformation programs.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams and vendor partnerships.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Proven ability to build and scale enterprise MDM platforms and products
