Role Overview:
We are seeking a Cosmetology Teacher to join our team during day hours. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive cosmetology education, blending theoretical knowledge with practical instruction. You will foster a positive learning environment that motivates and supports student achievement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that adhere to curriculum and state regulations.
• Provide practical demonstrations and hands-on training in hair, skin, and nail care techniques.
• Evaluate student progress and offer constructive feedback to support improvement.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant teaching environment.
• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and curriculum updates.
• Stay current with industry trends to incorporate best practices into teaching.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Valid Cosmetology State Teacher License.
• Experience in cosmetology industry preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for teaching and student development.
• Availability to work day shifts as specified.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $22.00 and $24.00/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
