Role

We are looking for a talented and driven Community Marketing Lead who is passionate about marketing, communities, and helping drive growth for innovative products from ideation to launch and beyond. As a Community Marketing Lead, you will lead and launch marketing and social campaigns, owning all components of communication and content from end-to-end across all platforms, including X (Twitter), Discord, Telegram, and YouTube. You will work closely with the founders, engineers, designers, and other cross-functional partners to bring new products and business lines to market. Responsibilities

• Work closely with the founders, engineers, designers, and other cross-functional partners to rapidly launch, promote, and drive growth for innovative products
• Drive our overall marketing strategy from ideation, to creatively bringing messages to life
• Own content creation, messaging, and execution from start to finish across all platforms
• Coordinate across the organization to develop a deep understanding of product offerings and help plan curated and innovative go-to-market plans for new announcements
• Cultivate deep relationships with users across all platforms
• Identify growth opportunities across all platforms

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience rapidly growing and managing social media accounts and communities with large followings, especially within the blockchain industry
• Deep understanding of social platforms, especially Twitter, Discord, Telegram, and YouTube
• Passionate about the blockchain industry with experience leveraging social media to grow a brand via product marketing, educational content, playful memes, and other engaging channels
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner
• Highly autonomous with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with basic design tools to create marketing assets
