Assistant Controller

We are partnering with a rapidly growing, acquisition-driven organization to identify an Assistant Controller to join its corporate accounting team. Reporting directly to the Corporate Controller, this newly created position will play a key role in financial reporting, consolidations, audit coordination, technical accounting, and process improvement initiatives. The position offers significant exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to help support a complex, multi-entity organization as it continues to scale. What You'll Do Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities Assist with preparation and review of GAAP-compliant financial statements Participate in consolidations and multi-entity reporting processes Prepare account reconciliations, analyses, and supporting schedules Coordinate audit requests and serve as a key contact for external auditors Assist with acquisition accounting and integration activities Support development and enhancement of internal controls and accounting policies Drive accounting process improvements and reporting efficiencies Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, and executive leadership teams What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance CPA preferred Current or prior Big 4 experience required 6–10 years of progressive accounting, audit, or financial reporting experience Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting Experience working with external auditors Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment Why Join?
