Job Description

Run your own business, or want to? This 100% remote, 1099 independent-contractor life insurance sales role suits self-starters who want to serve families that already asked for coverage information.

What you'll actually do

Manage your own pipeline of people who've requested life insurance information
Set your own appointment schedule and hold calls by phone or video
Ask discovery questions first, then walk through suitable options and apply together
Own each case through underwriting, keeping the client in the loop
Track your activity and follow-ups in the CRM
Invest time in ongoing training and compliance

Who this is a fit for

Experience running a business, freelancing, or working for yourself
Comfortable being accountable for your own results and your own time
A state life insurance license, or a plan to get licensed before your first sale
At ease with web-based tools and a CRM
Straightforward with clients, because trust is the whole business
At least 18 and legally authorized to work in the United States
