Japanese receptionist for dental office part-time 3-4 days per week

Youll help keep things running smoothly for both patients and the clinical team. Daily tasks include: Welcoming patients at check-in and and check-out
Answering phones
Managing patient emails and online messages
Supporting insurance tracking and follow-up
Keeping the front desk organized and efficient
Chinese or Japanese language skills and translation are a strong plus
Dental experience is helpful but not required
