Legal Billing Coordinator

Our client is a prestigious national law firm. They are seeking an experienced Legal Billing Coordinator to join the team. The position is hybrid and based 3 out of 5 days per week at their beautiful office in Hackensack, NJ . Job Details Liaise between attorneys, secretaries, financial staff, and other internal stakeholders. Manage attorney billing and generate reports. Follow up on outstanding e-bills to monitor rejections. Prepare spreadsheets, financial reports, and other documentation. Salary: $62,000 - $84,000 annually, based on experience. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Precise, detail-oriented, and good with numbers. Proficient in Excel.
