Prin. Vascular Clinical Specialist - Minneapolis, MN / St. Paul, MN

Principal Vascular Clinical Specialist supporting Medtronic's peripheral vascular portfolio across Minneapolis-St. Paul. Provides technical and clinical expertise to physicians and healthcare teams on product use, procedure support, and therapy adoption. Requires significant field presence and flexible availability for complex cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical and technical support for vascular products to physicians and care teams across multiple therapy areas
• Educate customers through one-on-one training, in-service programs, and case support to drive therapy adoption
• Partner with sales representatives and cross-functional teams to execute district business plans and revenue objectives
• Manage inventory performance across customer accounts through audits, consignment agreements, and product availability optimization
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, administrators, and key stakeholders to expand therapy utilization

Requirements

• High school diploma plus 11+ years healthcare/field sales experience, OR associate's degree plus 9+ years, OR bachelor's degree plus 7+ years
• Valid driver's license, active insurance, and company-approved driving record
• Ability to travel up to 50% within assigned territory and reside in Minneapolis-St. Paul region
• Medical terminology knowledge and understanding of vascular procedures and device industry
• Project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple tasks in fast-paced environments
• Physical capacity for frequent lifting up to 40 lbs and 8+ hours daily standing/walking
• Flexibility to support urgent cases and complex procedures outside standard business hours
