Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our services. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member for resolution. Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system. Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve our products and services. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and updates in our industry. Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with our clients. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a technical support role. Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
