Marketing Specialist

Education Required: High School diploma or equivalent. Additional degrees, business training, or certifications may supplement the minimum qualifications. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Healthcare Administration. Work Experience Required: 2 years related experience. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Must have computer skills and dexterity required for data entry and retrieval of patient information. Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally to varying levels of individuals throughout the patient care process. Must be proficient with Windows-style applications, various software packages specific to the role, and keyboard. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Job Duties Develops and manages sponsorship coordination. Assists with marketing coordination. Assists with volunteer coordination. Provides project support on individual marketing or PR initiatives. Normal routine involves no exposure to blood, body fluid, or tissue, and incumbents are not called upon to perform or assist in emergency care or first aid.
