Accounting Clerk / Bookkeeper

Detail-oriented and organized professional with experience supporting accounting, bookkeeping, and customer. Skilled in maintaining accurate financial records, processing accounts payable and Inventory, reconciling bank and credit card statements, managing interpersonal communication with staff and vendors, and assisting with financial reports. Key Responsibilities Maintain timely and accurate financial and bookkeeping records. Process accounts payable, receivables, inventory, receiving and sales tax. Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and financial transactions. Enter and organize financial data using accounting software and spreadsheets. Assist with employee expense reports, rewards and petty cash maintenance. Aid in the purchasing and commissions process and recording. Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems used for financial reports. Handle confidential financial and business information with professionalism and discretion. Assist accounting manager with general special projects. Assist in customer service, schedule meetings and maintain departmental calendars. Skills Must be Bilingual (English and Spanish) Experience in Bookkeeping and general accounting (accounts payable, receivable and inventory). Bank and credit card reconciliations Microsoft Office, especially Excel,Word and Powerpoint Accounting software (Microsoft Dynamics) and financial systems Selling Software (Firestorm) a plus Multi-tasking capabilities and time management Strong problem-solving skills (capability to work independently) and attention to detail Ability to work effectively within a small and dynamic organization. #J-18808-Ljbffr
