What You'll Bring: ? 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in: Program Management Customer Program Management Project Management Operations Leadership Account Management Related industrial/manufacturing environments ? Proven success managing large-scale customer programs in industries such as: Nuclear Shipbuilding Aerospace & Defense Heavy Manufacturing Industrial Equipment Energy & Power Generation Other highly regulated industries ? Experience overseeing: Multiple high-value customer contracts Multi-million-dollar purchase orders Customer-facing program execution Risk management and issue resolution ? Strong understanding of: Manufacturing operations Production planning and scheduling Engineering and quality requirements Supply chain dependencies Cross-functional stakeholder management Preferred Qualifications: ? Nuclear industry experience required ? Familiarity with ASME Section III, NQA-1, 10 CFR 50 Appendix B ? Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Manufacturing, Project Management, or a related field
