Bilingual Ukrainian Generalist for AI Safety [Remote]

Role Overview

Help improve the safety of advanced AI systems by applying Ukrainian language fluency and cultural judgment to sensitive topics. You will evaluate how models respond in Ukrainian and contribute to stronger, more reliable safeguards. No prior AI or machine learning experience is required, and training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Create expert-level Ukrainian prompts covering a range of sensitive subject areas.
• Use structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations.
• Identify adversarial wording and escalation patterns, then document the reasoning behind your assessments.
• Use language expertise and cultural context to evaluate and strengthen AI responses to sensitive Ukrainian-language content.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native Ukrainian fluency and business-level written English.
• Bachelor''s degree, completed or currently in progress.
• Strong written reasoning skills and close attention to detail.
• Sound judgment when handling sensitive and dual-use information.

Preferred Qualifications

• Based in Ukraine or elsewhere in Eastern Europe, though applicants in other locations are welcome.
• Experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming written or technical content.
• Background in trust and safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, or adversarial testing.

Work Terms

• Remote hourly engagement.
• Immediate start.

Compensation

• $38 to $42 per hour.
