ATTORNEY # of Positions: 1 Work Location: United States Telework: Hybrid Job Type: Permanent, Full Time Department Information The ALRB exercises jurisdiction over approximately 800,000 farmworkers and employers, providing collective bargaining rights to farmworkers that were specifically exempted from the coverage of the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) in 1935. The California Agricultural Labor Relations Board was created in 1975 to ensure peace in the fields of California by guaranteeing justice for all agricultural workers and stability in agricultural labor relations.
