Job Description A Miami-based financial services firm is seeking a bilingual Investment Advisor to manage an assigned portfolio of client relationships. This sales-oriented role combines investment advice, portfolio review, trade execution, client service, and relationship development. Responsibilities Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients. Respond promptly to client requests and inquiries. Conduct regular portfolio reviews and make appropriate investment recommendations based on each client’s profile. Execute client trade orders accurately and efficiently. Contact clients as needed to update information and maintain accurate documentation. Ensure recommendations meet regulatory requirements for suitability and appropriateness. Monitor global market trends and economic conditions to identify investment opportunities and support sound risk management. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the firm’s available products and investment strategies. Follow internal policies and applicable industry regulations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field required. Minimum of three years of related experience. Active FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 required. Fluency in English and Spanish required. NetX360 experience required. Experience providing investment advice directly to clients. Knowledge of investment products and financial markets. Strong client-service, relationship-development, analytical, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and perform effectively under pressure. Insurance license is a plus.
