Typical Day in the Role
• Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is to provide administrative and operational support through heavy calendar management, procurement coordination, and overall team support for a large internal organization
• Key projects: This role will contribute to team support activities such as procurement processing, onboarding and offboarding coordination, and occasional workshops or off-site events
The role will consist of heavy calendar management (approximately 40–60% of time), along with procurement tasks (around 10–15%), and remaining time spent on team support activities including onboarding/offboarding, equipment coordination, and ad hoc administrative task
Candidate Requirement
• Disqualifiers: Candidates with no calendar management experience will not be eligible for the ro
• Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain strong calendar management experience, experience supporting large teams, and handling high-volume requests
Hard Skills Assessment
• Expected Dates that Hard Skills Assessments will be scheduled: Candidates are expected to be shortlisted by June 23, after sourcing. • Hard Skills Assessment Process: The assessment process will include one round of interview with three interviewers conducted via MS Teams without vi

Job Description: Performs a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management including external business partners. Manages schedule(s), coordinates travel arrangements and processes business expenses. Coordinates meetings and events, department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations. Manages procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and vendor relationships. Provides general office support. Serves as the department/group contact. Completes special projects as assigned.
