Optimal Counseling Services PLLC is currently accepting applications for Therapists to join our growing team in the San Antonio area. This is a contract (1099) position with opportunities to provide services during evening and weekend hours . The position is hybrid (both virtual and in-office) , the sessions are mostly virtual for CPS and insurance tend to be in-person with some virtual.

We are seeking motivated, compassionate professionals who are committed to delivering high-quality mental health services to both children and adults.

Responsibilities;

• Provide individual counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation (Monthly reports and weekly logs).
• Effectively communicate with clients, office staff, and other professionals as appropriate (it is your responsibility to contact clients and set up the sessions for each. Also, it is your responsibility to maintain the weekly sessions in zoom and report to the office the no-shows that happen daily so the office can reach out to the case workers.
• Manage caseloads independently while adhering to ethical and professional standards.
• Attend to administrative requirements and complete paperwork within established deadlines

Qualifications

• Master's Degree and possessed a licenses in one of the following, (LMSW) Licensed Social Work, (LPC) Licensed Professional Counseling, Psychology, or (LMFT) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
• Ability to work independently and manage a clinical caseload.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to provide therapy services to both adults and children.
• If not fully licensed, must already have a qualified clinical supervisor in place (if a social worker) or (understand that the clinical supervisor on staff will be the your supervisor).
• Must have a personal laptop and reliable means of contacting clients. (Please remove)
• Ability to communicate promptly and professionally with office staff.
• Each therapist must have a Gmail phone number and an email specifically to communicate with Optimal Counseling Services PLLC.
