Medicare Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a compassionate and customer-focused Medicare Customer Service Representative for a contract assigment. In this role, you will act as a dedicated point of contact for Medicare members, guiding them through their plan options, addressing benefit inquiries, and delivering white-glove service with every interaction. Responsibilities

• Must reside in these states to qualify for the position: MA, RI, CT, SC, LA, TX, VA, OK, AZ, FL, NC, or GA
• Serve as a primary resource for Medicare beneficiaries by answering questions related to plans, benefits, claims, eligibility, and coverage.

• Educate members on how to use their Medicare plans effectively and navigate the healthcare system.

• Provide high-touch, personalized support in a professional and empathetic manner.

• Assist members with resolving issues, escalating concerns when necessary, and ensuring timely follow-up.

• Maintain accurate documentation of all member interactions in the system.

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless support and member satisfaction.
