Location: DC Washington JBAB - Washington, DC 20032 US (Primary) Category: Business Program Management and Administration Job Type: Full-time Typical Pay/Range: $145,000 to $165,000 Annually Education: High School Diploma or GED Travel: None Security Clearance Required: TS Position Overview and Primary Duties and Responsibilities Alutiiq Logistics and Maintenance Services, LLC is hiring a Project Manager to support the Marine Helicopter Squadron One (HMX‑1) and Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Base Operations Support (BOS) at JBAB, Washington, D.C. The Project Manager will have full authority to act on all contract matters and will lead the project management team to ensure technical, cost, and schedule performance, while maintaining compliance with regulations and standards. Exercise full authority to act on all contract matters. Lead the project management team to ensure successful execution of contract requirements. Ensure technical, cost, and schedule performance are met. Be on‑site during the Government’s regular working hours and be available within one hour after regular hours to address any issues. Act as the primary point of contact with the Government. Make commitments and decisions on behalf of the Contractor in interactions with government personnel. Contract and Resource Management Approve all contract deliverables and arrange necessary corporate support. Ensure project teams have the resources needed to meet objectives. Establish priorities and allocate resources effectively to align with program goals. Exercise final authority on all purchases, financial transactions, and obligations. Safety, Compliance, and Environmental Initiatives Promote safe working conditions and occupational health of all personnel. Enforce compliance with OSHA requirements and environmental regulations. Apply goals and policies of the Environmental Management System (EMS), Installation Energy Plan, and other sustainability requirements. Develop and implement environmental strategies, policies, and programs that promote sustainable development. Provide subject‑matter expertise on LEED program goals and related assessments. Manage hazardous materials and related environmental resources. Performance Management Meet frequently with Government customer personnel to discuss performance, costs, and future support activities. Reward performance excellence and establish Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) to resolve any quality issues. Develop monthly and annual work plans to ensure continuous improvement and achievement of goals. Foster and maintain partnering relationships with union representatives. Required Qualifications and Experience Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing a workforce providing services on contracts of similar size, scope, and complexity. Ability to obtain all required corporate and personnel security clearances; TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain Yankee White background investigations prior to commencement of work. Bachelor’s or higher degree from an accredited university or college preferred but not required. Proven experience managing contracts that provide comprehensive maintenance of facilities. Strong skills in facility management, team building, and maintenance services. Excellent communication skills. Must be a United States citizen. Must possess a valid state driver’s license. Current TS/SCI preferred; must possess minimum TS clearance with ability to obtain SCI.
