Job Description:Note: Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this positionThe Role The Sr. Manager, Finance Business Performance and Insights within the Brokerage Finance team will deliver the data, strategic insights and analysis to advise business strategy and decision making, measure and evaluate business performance, and monitor key initiatives. You will be a contributor to the development of executive presentations which will be used across multiple forums and widely across the enterprise. This role will provide an opportunity to work across the company and partner with other finance teams across the firm. The Expertise We’re Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Information Sciences, or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree a plus3-5 years’ experience in data analytics, and financial and business analysis, preferably in the Financial Services industryStrong working knowledge of finance-based datasets, methodologies a plusExperience in assembling disparate datasets and creating nuanced visualizations to drive analytical analysis of business performanceExperience in Decision Support, Customer Analytics, Performance Measurement, and Revenue Models.You are flexible and can contribute to multiple projects concurrentlySolid working knowledge of Brokerage or Wealth Business units a plus.Strong analytic, organizational and communication skills, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to lead efforts to synthesize large amounts of information into concise, actionable story for leaders Solid knowledge of financial modeling, presentation, and data visualization tools (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Thinkcell, Alteryx, Tableau, Business Objects, SQL)The Skills You Bring You have a passion for visualization design and dashboard development using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.Intellectual curiosity and willingness to dig deeply into business problems to understand causal factorsProven ability to craft presentations for leaders Strong strategic and analytical skills combined with proven business and financial acumenExcellent communication and interpersonal skills along with a strong ability to influence others and build relationshipsStrong ability to learn new datasets, business processes, and visualization tools depending on project scope Proven ability and flexibility to manage multiple high-priority, deliverables in a deadline driven environmentPassion and energy in everything you do and a customer obsessed mindsetThe Value You Deliver Contributing to the coordination and execution of highly visible deliverables and projectsEmpowering business partners with information and insights that directly impact organizational goals.Driving sound decision making for the Fidelity Brokerage businessMaintaining positive relationships with broader finance community to ensure consistency in analysis approach, standards for data and definitions, and being dedicated in supporting time critical projectsManaging projects and motivating an effective team through solid organizational, collaboration, and coaching skills Partnership with subject matter specialists and key partnersFidelity’s Onsite Working ModelFidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles.
