Specialty Representative/Sr Specialty Representative -Primary Care -Dallas N, TX

Amgen seeks a Specialty or Senior Specialty Representative to serve the Dallas area, promoting pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and managing territory sales. The role combines clinical product education, account management, and sales strategy execution while supporting patient access and reimbursement navigation.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clinical benefits of Amgen products to medical professionals and drive appropriate product utilization
• Execute branded sales messaging, conduct medical education programs, and achieve sales targets through in-person and virtual engagement
• Develop and manage customer relationships, customize interactions based on needs, resolve reimbursement issues, and maintain product contracts
• Analyze territory sales effectiveness, provide marketing feedback, and develop territory plans with District Manager
• Share best practices with colleagues and demonstrate passion for products throughout the entire sales cycle

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree OR Associate's degree with 4+ years sales experience OR High school diploma with 6+ years sales experience
• Pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or medical device industry experience preferred
• Advanced relationship-building and sales influencing skills
• Local market knowledge of Dallas area
• Life Sciences or Business Administration degree preferred
• Demonstrated leadership capability and ability to perform under pressure

Compensation: $89,880–$121,602 base
