Operations Coordinator

Sansei Gardens is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to support daily field operations and ensure the efficient management of equipment, documentation, and project coordination. This position plays a key role in maintaining operational readiness by overseeing equipment maintenance, assisting with project cost estimating, and supporting job setup from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track maintenance of company equipment, including trucks, mini excavators, and skid steers.
• Open and manage USA (Underground Service Alert) tickets to ensure proper authorization prior to digging at job sites.
• Complete estimates when time allows – significant training will be provided to accomplish this task
• Assist with estimating potential project costs to support budgeting and planning efforts.
• Set up and print documentation for new jobs.
• Prepare and print Estimate Tracking Spreadsheet reports for the weekly staff meeting.
• Prepare and organize foreman packets to support field operations.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in construction, landscaping, or field operations preferred but not required.

Work Environment
This position requires regular coordination with field staff, office personnel, and management to ensure smooth project execution and operational efficiency.

Compensation:

$65,000 - $85,000
