Service Advisor 

POSITION SUMMARY: 

The Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing the maintenance and service of commercial vehicles, facility assets, and developing processes and Standard Operational Procedures to ensure a better internal/external workflow process.

Job Type: Full Time

Starting Pay: $72,604

Work Location: Stockton

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Managing the maintenance scheduling workflow for all commercial vehicles to ensure operational efficiency

· Maintaining detailed records of vehicle servicing, inspection, and assets

· Build and maintain a rolling 30-day service schedule for the fleet

· Conduct monthly vehicle inspections across all entities

· Conduct minor vehicle maintenance

· Consulting with repair shops about needed repairs and alternatives that can be offered in place of expensive repairs

· Managing potential cost savings and warranty protections.

· Managing existing and new vendor contracts

· Managing registration process for all commercial vehicles and ensure insurance documents are updated timely.

· Track all maintenance repairs using Fleetio software program 

· Developing and implementing policies and procedures for vehicle use and maintenance

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

· Ability to climb stairs multiple times a day and be able to lift and/or carry up to 25 pounds.

· Ability to sit, rise, kneel, squat, twist, pull bend multiple times a day. 

· Ability to walk with items in hand, grasp and reach as needed.

· Ability to perform with repetitive maneuvers and manual dexterity. 

· Ability to work in an office environment

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS

· High school diploma

· Minimum of 3 years of fleet coordination or related role 

· Excellent time management experience

· Strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills

· Excellent customer service 

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· Excellent presentation skills

· Ability to work with all levels of management

· Ability to manage priorities and workflow

· Ability to work independently and with cross functional teams 

· Proficient on Microsoft Office and Excel

· Strong interpersonal skills.

· Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions

· Professional appearance and demeanor

· Travel as needed
