Technical Sales Representative for Industrial Energy Solutions

Do you have solid experience in technical sales, and are you motivated by creating relationships, uncovering customer needs, and finding the right solutions? Do you thrive on proactive sales to both existing and new customers and want to follow technical projects from the first dialogue to final delivery? If so, we might be looking for you. We are seeking an experienced technical sales representative who will be an important part of our industrial sales and advise customers on burners, heat pumps, boiler installations, and other energy and process solutions. A role with responsibility and professional development

At our company, you will not just be a salesperson. You will be the customer's technical sparring partner and ongoing contact person, working closely with the sales department, our technical specialists, and industrial technicians to convert customer needs into reliable solutions. You will have the opportunity to work with everything from component deliveries to complete, energy-optimized, and customer-tailored systems for room and process heating as well as air purification. You will follow projects from the first customer dialogue and proposal to coordination, delivery, and startup. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge of industrial burner and heating solutions. You will become part of a team of about 8 specialists and receive a thorough introduction program with product training at the office in Risskov, with our customers together with our service technicians, and, when possible, with manufacturers abroad. The position involves a large amount of customer visits to both potential and existing customers. Your sales area covers all of Denmark, and you can therefore live in different places in the country - preferably with a central location. Our main office is located in Risskov, and we also have an office in Brndby. We expect you to regularly visit the offices to maintain relationships with colleagues. Administrative tasks can be handled from home or from the offices in Risskov or Brndby, depending on your place of residence.

Your tasks will include:

• Proactive sales and advice to both existing and new customers
• Uncovering customer needs and presenting relevant solution options
• Preparing proposals in collaboration with colleagues, including sizing and design
• Project management and coordination before, during, and after delivery
• Following up on purchases, invoicing, delivery, and startup together with a technical assistant
• Sales of spare parts
• Depending on business development, there may also be a future role in preparing sales plans with goals and action plans for products, solutions, geography, and customers

Who are you? Your background may be as a machine master, machine engineer, craftsman, or perhaps you are sales-trained with a technical background from work and further education. More important than the precise title is that you:

• Can document experience with technical-based sales
• Are motivated by creating and maintaining relationships and opening doors to new customers
• Are curious about technology and good at uncovering both recognized and unspoken customer needs
• Are persistent and understand that technical sales require patience and trust
• Have a strong technical background - preferably within burners for natural and biogas as well as heating
• Experience as a consultant or plumber with larger and smaller energy plants in industry is an advantage, but the decisive factor is the combination of technical understanding and strong sales experience
