Telemarketer for AI Training

Telemarketing professionals can apply their sales outreach, customer communication, and prospecting expertise to evaluate and improve AI outputs related to real-world telemarketing work. Role Overview

You will assess AI-generated content in your area of expertise and provide clear, structured feedback to improve how models understand workplace tasks and language. The work also includes creating field-specific prompts and evaluating model responses.

• Evaluate AI content using professional telemarketing experience.
• Develop prompts that reflect telemarketing tasks and workflows.
• Contact businesses or individuals by telephone to solicit sales, services, or charitable donations.
• Collect customer details, including names, addresses, and payment methods, and enter orders into computer systems.
• Explain products, services, and pricing while answering customer questions.
• Record prospect contact details, purchases, and reactions.
• Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and orders.
• Respond to calls from potential customers who reply to advertisements.
• Deliver prepared sales presentations from product or service scripts to encourage purchases or donations.
• Respond to customer correspondence and follow up on initial sales contacts by phone or letter.
• Adapt sales scripts to individual prospects'' needs and interests.
• Source prospective customer names and phone numbers through directories, magazine reply cards, and purchased lists.
• Schedule appointments for sales representatives or sales presentations.
• Conduct client or market surveys to gather information about potential customers.

• At least 4 years of professional experience in telemarketing or related work involving the responsibilities listed above.
• Ability to work asynchronously in collaboration with leading AI labs.

• Remote, asynchronous, part-time contract work.
• Flexible schedule with no minimum commitment. Most participants average 5 to 20 hours per week.
• Projects operate year-round, with new opportunities opening periodically across areas of expertise.
• Placement on a project depends on project availability. Candidates not matched to a current project may be considered for future opportunities.

Up to $60/hr (depending on the project).

• If your school requires a CPT course, this work may not satisfy your school''s requirements.
• STEM OPT is not supported.
