About the Position

Night shift, working three 12-hour shifts. Candidates will work with heart failure patients. Patient ratios are estimated at 1:3. The candidate must have one year of PCU experience. BLS and ACLS certifications are required. Candidates should possess skills in IV start and telemetry. Previous travel experience is preferred. The unit focuses on heart failure, medical cardiology, and heart transplant patients. Interdisciplinary support is available for physical therapy, respiratory services, and more. The working environment includes telemetry and hemodynamic monitoring. Expect to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed. Rotating holidays and weekend shifts are required. All candidates should be prepared to comply with credentialing processes promptly.
