After working 630 hours in a school year, eligible employees may receive insurance benefits through School Employees Benefits Board (SEBB) which includes medical, dental, vision, long‑term disability, life and AD&D insurance. Failure to submit a full application package will result in disqualification. Responsibility Report to the Athletic Director/Coordinator and Head Coach. Attend all after‑school practices, games, tournaments, meetings, and scouting assignments. Drive the district van to transport participants. Cooperate with the head coach, athletic director, and principal in performing duties related to the school athletic program. Ensure players meet training rule policy and maintain signed parental permission forms before practice begins. Support the head coach in conducting the athletic program for the sport and the total athletic program of the school district. Remain loyal to the head coach and the team, aligning own strategy with the head coach’s direction. Maintain a positive relationship with students, staff, parents, and community by modeling respect, cooperation, and professionalism. Assume responsibility for maintenance of facilities and personnel in the absence of the head coach. Report injuries, misconduct, or other unusual situations promptly. Assist the head coach in checking in and inventorying equipment at season’s end. Assume all duties as assigned by the head coach. Attend rules clinics, workshops, and classes required to maintain compliance with WIAA coaching certification standards. Apply discipline in a fair, firm, and positive manner. Conduct yourself in an ethical manner during practices and contests. Provide information regarding letters and special awards. Qualifications Current First Aid/CPR card required. Current Type II driver’s license required. Previous high school experience preferred.
