We’re hiring an experienced Payroll Specialist/Payroll Processor to support multi-state weekly payroll with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and deadlines. Pay: $30/hr.-$35/hr.Location: Santa Ana, CA (Onsite)
Type: Contract - Hire Key duties:
- Process multi-state weekly payroll ; verify and review timecards
- Handle payroll adjustments (salary changes, bonuses, commissions, ad hoc items)
- Respond to payroll inquiries via phone/email/ticketing
- Partner with payroll team HR; support compliance and reporting deadlines
- Maintain SOPs/checklists and assist with process improvements
- Certified payroll exposure (nice-to-have, not required)
- Payroll systems: Points North , LCP Tracker (or similar); UKG/WFN helpful
