Location: San Diego,CA
Experience: 1-2 years of escrow, title, real estate, mortgage, legal or related experience.

About the Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Escrow Assistant to join our Mission Valley team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of experience in escrow or a related real estate field who is looking to grow their career in the escrow industry.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, customer-service focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple transactions and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Escrow Officers with residential purchase, refinance, and other escrow transactions
- Open new escrow files and accurately enter transaction information
- Order and review preliminary title reports, payoff demands, HOA documents, and other required items
- Communicate professionally with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, title representatives, and other transaction parties
- Prepare and distribute escrow documents and correspondence
- Support the Escrow Officers and team with daily administrative and operational needs
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in escrow, title, mortgage, real estate, transaction coordination, or another closely related field preferred
- Basic understanding of real estate transactions and escrow processes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple files and deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Comfortable working with computers, email, document management systems, and escrow-related software
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Proficiency with DocuSign and Qualia Closing Software a plus, but not required
