Office Assistant

Position: Office Assistant Company: Direct Start Direct Start is a dynamic and fast-growing company in need of a highly proficient Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our quality assurance department by entering data into various Microsoft programs, with a specific focus on Excel and data entry. Responsibilities Accurately enter data into Microsoft Excel and other programs as needed Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all data entered Assist with quality assurance tasks as needed Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all data entered Collaborate with the quality assurance team to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in the data Communicate any issues or concerns with data to the appropriate team members Provide administrative support to the quality assurance department as needed Qualifications High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft programs Exceptional data entry skills with a keen eye for detail Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively Excellent communication and teamwork skills Previous experience in a quality assurance or data entry role is preferred but not required Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as a supportive and collaborative work environment.
