Executive Assistant Role

This role is required to be fulfilled onsite 5 days a week in a *** office. As part of the Global Information Security (GIS) team, you will perform duties to support up to 3 executives as well as general oversight of GIS office space.

Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered)

• 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or comparable level of experience
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and manage time wisely
• Handle confidential and sensitive material with the highest degree of integrity; a self-starter
• Strong executive presence; superior interpersonal communications skills
• Advanced proficiency/knowledge of Client Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Demonstrated ability to interact with senior-level executives
• Strong leader with the ability to proactively anticipate problems, mitigate risk, and implement resolutions
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry

Day-to-Day Responsibilities (key tasks and expectations for the role)

• Administrative support including managing and coordination of daily schedule and calendaring for multiple GIS executives in the US
• Manages the calendar of multiple leaders proactively, effectively resolving conflicts in a professional manner
• Executive travel coordination for domestic and international needs (hotel, flight, transportation bookings)
• Expense management for self and executives
• Planning and coordination of employee engagement events ranging in size from small to large
• Manages building access for employees and visitors
• Management and procurement of office technology and maintenance needs
• Ordering and maintaining general office supply inventories
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure all safety standards are met
