Overview: Plans and oversees human resources functional operations, including compensation, benefits, training, employee relations, safety, and compliance. Administers human resources programs and policies to reflect the organization's mission and values, support company goals, achieve objectives, and positively engage the workforce. Maintains broad and current subject matter knowledge and expertise in federal and state employment laws to advise leadership with solutions for human resources issues and evolving organizational needs.

Essential Job Functions:

Strategic HR Leadership:

· Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.

· Provide guidance and support to senior management on HR-related matters.

· Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

· Employee Relations and Engagement:

· Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

· Address employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and recommend solutions.

· Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures to maintain a compliant and ethical work environment.

· Oversee employee feedback mechanisms, such as surveys and focus groups, and drive initiatives based on the feedback received.

· Performance Management:

· Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.

· Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance-related matters.

· Drive continuous improvement in performance management practices.

· Compensation and Benefits

· Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs.

· Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive pay practices.

· Design and implement performance-based incentive plans.

· Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

HR Operations and Compliance:

· Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.

· Develop and implement HR metrics and analytics to drive data-informed decision-making.

· Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in HR.

· Change Management and Organizational Development:

· Lead change management initiatives and support organizational restructuring efforts.

· Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and address organizational development needs.

· Drive cultural transformation and promote a diverse and inclusive work environment.

· Provide guidance and support during mergers, acquisitions, and other significant organizational changes.

 

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field is required, master’s degree or HR certification preferred.

· 10 + years of progressive experience in human resource management, with 5 years in a leadership role.

· Extensive experience in HR leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving strategic HR initiatives.

· Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

· Excellent leadership and people management skills.

· Effective communication and negotiation abilities.

· Analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Strategic thinker with the ability to influence and lead change.

· Dependable transportation and valid driver’s license and insurance

· Able to pass a background check/drug test/driving record check.

· Computer literate – especially Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

· Authorized to work in the United States

140-180K + Bonus / Benefits Pkg / DIRECT HIRE
