Housing & Family Stabilization Case Manager
Victory Programs, Inc.
Victory Programs is seeking a Case Manager to coordinate direct case management for families at Chamblet and Revision Family Homes in Dorchester. You’ll report to the Program Director for weekly supervision and assignments, and help residents with housing, finances, vocation, and education. Responsibilities include coordinating services, facilitating aftercare, and documenting on HMIS/ETO. Local travel and strong advocacy are essential in this role. #J-18808-Ljbffr Victory Programs
