Key Responsibilities:

Bidding & Preconstruction Support:

• Bid invitation, drawings, specifications, scope of work, addenda
• Vendor subcontractor, exclusions, clarifications, lead time, pricing
• Proposal package, bid form, scope summary, clarification/exclusion list
• Estimating / Operations / Leadership bid review go / no-go
• Bid tracking log, proposal history, quote backup

Purchasing & Procurement:

• Fabrication item, subcontracted work
• Vendor quote, technical data, lead time, delivery schedule follow-up
• Purchase order
• Material delivery status, backorder, substitution, shipping issue, delayed delivery
• Invoice backup, packing list, delivery confirmation, receiving information
• Risk cost impact Project Manager Management

Project Control & Cost Tracking:

• Project budget, cost code, commitment, purchase order, invoice, change order
• RFI, submittal, change order, procurement, issue log project control log
• Change order pricing backup, quantity support, vendor quote, field record
• Project schedule, manpower, material status, pending issue, delay impact follow-up
• Weekly / monthly project status report
• Accounting project cost coding, billing support, vendor payment backup
• Project closeout document, warranty, O&M, as-built, final documentation

Document Control & Communication:

• Contract, drawing, specification, RFI, submittal, CO, meeting note, correspondence
• Client, GC, subcontractor, vendor, field team, internal management
• Meeting note, action item list, follow-up reminder
• Scope issue, missing information
• Project folder structure document naming rule

Qualifications:

Required:

• Vendor/client communication
• Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word office software
• Deadline follow-up
• Vendor, subcontractor

Preferred:

• Construction project coordinator, project admin, procurement, estimating support, project control
• Architectural, mechanical, electrical, duct, cleanroom/dry room, industrial construction
• Construction drawing, specification, scope of work, change order document
• Acumatica, Procore, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, BuildingConnected, Dodge construction software
• Cost code, project budget, PO, invoice review, billing support
• Project Manager, Estimator, Procurement Manager, Project Controls role

Employment Type:

• Full-Time
• Non-Exempt or Exempt Salaried, depending on final role level and responsibilities

Location / Travel:

• Suwanee, Georgia office
• Jobsite visit vendor/client meeting
• Occasional travel may be required for project coordination, meeting, procurement, or site support
