About this Role The Growth & Product Marketing Manager at Project Equity, acting as a “Conversion Bridge,” is pivotal in transforming national awareness into localized, high-intent B2B leads. Reporting to the VP of Marketing & Communications, this role involves designing and managing digital advertising campaigns, regional marketing initiatives, and email marketing efforts. This position requires not only the creation of compelling content but also the orchestration of user experiences to ensure effective lead acquisition and pipeline development. Project management, strategic planning, and optimization of digital marketing efforts are key aspects of this role. Responsibilities Serve as the strategic lead and project manager for paid digital advertising campaigns across key channels including LinkedIn and Google. Drive asset performance by identifying creative gaps, managing production, and executing rigorous A/B testing for targeted B2B audiences. Act as primary contact for external media buying agencies, freelance designers, and digital vendors, optimizing campaigns toward CPL/CAC metrics. Design and deploy localized paid media campaigns to support regional initiatives and event strategies. Oversee the alignment of paid retargeting funnels to optimized landing pages integrated with automated email flows. Direct the content operations, editorial calendar, and distribution strategy for Project Equity and EO Equals platforms. Implement conversion-rate optimization principles to enhance the “Traffic-to-Consultation” pipeline. Collaborate to ensure web platforms align with Google’s E-E-A-T standards through regular content audits. Manage email nurture strategies, tailoring content to segmented database audiences based on geography and industry. Requirements 5+ years in performance marketing, growth marketing, product marketing, or lifecycle marketing in a B2B or professional services setting. 4+ years of hands-on experience managing multi-channel paid B2B digital campaigns, specifically on LinkedIn and Google. Proven success in architecting digital user journeys and implementing conversion-rate optimization (CRO) principles. Experience in managing editorial calendars and repurposing complex data into marketable digital assets. High proficiency with marketing and project management tools, including Asana, Salesforce, and CRM systems.
