Your future role at a glance Location: Hoffman Estates, IL Facility: Ascension Alexian Brothers Behavioral Health Department: Patient Access Admitting Schedule: Night shift | Full-time | 3:00 pm - 3:30 am Salary: $27.69 - $40.50 per hour How you'll make an impact in this role Provide admissions and intake services to patients and potential patients. Respond to telephone inquiries from persons seeking mental health care or information about mentalhealth-related services. Admit patients to the hospital and register outpatients with appropriate physician orders or transfersto another facility.n. Review all paperwork accompanying patients to ensure adherence with hospital and regulatory policies. What minimum qualifications you'll need Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
