Disclosure Specialist

Disclosure Specialist Department: Operations Employment Type: Full Time Location: Santa Ana, CA Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 / hour Description The Disclosure Specialist is an intermediate level role within the operations team. The Disclosure Specialist is responsible for handling the review of the initial information and documents to create and deliver the initial Loan Estimate and disclosures to the borrower(s). As well as re-issue any supplemental Loan Estimate forms due to viable change of circumstances. Key Responsibilities Prepare and send initial disclosure packages, Loan Estimates (LE) and Closing Disclosures (CD) to borrowers and brokers within regulatory timeframes. Manage pipeline to ensure disclosures are issued within 2 business hours. Review CD to ensure all fields are accurate per the closing statement and the file is balanced. Working with brokers to issue change of circumstances, as applicable. Deliver exceptional customer service to brokers and borrowers by providing timely communication, accurate loan status updates, and proactive resolution of funding-related inquiries. Other responsibilities, as assigned.
