The role acts as a talent advisor to hiring leaders. The recruiter is responsible for consulting with hiring managers to select the best candidates using a variety of tools to source candidates. The recruiter will develop and implement a workforce plan while delivering HR operational excellence and driving the people strategy. This role is responsible for driving alignment and maximizing efficiencies across the business.Please note this is a remote position that requires you are based in the greater Chicago area.Recruiter Responsibilities:Recruiting ProcessConduct thorough intake discussions and manage stakeholders’ expectationsUtilize full life cycle recruiting process to include sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating and hiring candidate for open positions.Build and maintain strong candidate pipelinesCreate an exceptional and engaging experience for all candidates and new hiresSchedule interviews and logisticsBuild strong relationships with both hiring teams and candidatesEnsure consistency in the application, assessment, interview and hiring processProactively manage open requisition including timely communication with all candidates and hiring leadersSourcingDevelop, execute, and monitor talent pipelining strategies, using a variety of resources and tools as a delivery vehicle for producing quality candidatesBuild partnerships – including identifying key institutions to work with, career fairs and out of the box options to build our employee brand and talent networkApplicant Tracking System and TechnologyUtilize a data driven approach to tracking and reportingWork effectively within all available platforms, including Workday Recruiting (ATS) and Phenom (CRM)Recruiter Minimum Qualifications:5+ years of work experience in recruiting required2+ years of work experience in healthcare/clinical recruiting highly preferredExperience with ATS systems required, with Workday experience preferredProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsCompensation Pay Range:$66,144.00 - $99,214.50 per yearReasonable Pay EstimateA reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $66,144.00 - $99,214.50 per year.
