In this role, you'll be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and ensuring the airworthiness of aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and company standards. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, technically proficient, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of performance and reliability.As a 24/7 operation, we have openings across all shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and 12-hour schedules. Candidates must be flexible and willing to work any shift based on operational needs. Overtime—both scheduled and unscheduled, including holidays—may also be required.Duties/ResponsibilitiesAssist A&P mechanics in the removal of aircraft parts to include cleaning & tagging of parts.Ensure proper documentation is made on training record for training received, and signed by the immediate Lead, Supervisor or Manager.Perform tasks such as repair and maintenance of company equipment and shop housecleaning under direct supervision.Ensure all work performed is done in a safe manner.Direct activities to protect employees from harm and maintain safe working conditions.You Will Get More Than Just Compensation401K with company matchMedical/Dental/Vision InsurancePTO - Eligible for 3 Weeks in your First Year, in Addition to 7 Paid Company HolidaysCompany-Provided Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, and Life InsuranceDevelopment and Career Growth OpportunitiesRequired Skills/AbilitiesAbility to safely drive and operate a standard shift automotive vehicle and other related equipment.Flexibility to work at both Marana, AZ and Tucson, AZ locations as business needs dictate.Excellent attention to detail and mathematical proficiency.Proficient in interpreting and applying technical data relevant to the position.Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to adhere to deadlines.Education and Experience1-3 years of Aircraft experienceAirframe License or Repairman's Certificate for Interiors and Related Structures preferredAbility to read, write, and comprehend English with the capability to follow verbal and written instructions.Physical RequirementsAbility to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time.Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, balancing, and reaching above shoulder level.Occasional crawling, climbing, lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs. unassisted.Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity.Corrected vision and hearing to normal range.Equipment OperatedProtective equipment required: Goggles, safety glasses, face shields, ear protection, apron, gloves, safety harness, breathing equipment.Working ConditionsThe work location will include aircraft maintenance hangars, flightline, and Avionics shop.Potential hazards include exposure to high intensity noise levels, extreme changes in temperature, electrical charges and radar waves, materials identified on the Safety Data Sheets, and working around moving machinery.Other DutiesMay be required to work at both Marana, AZ and Tucson, AZ locations as business needs dictate.Duties not listed within the position description may be required of the employee at the discretion of the department management.
